For purposes of these terms and conditions of sale, the following shall mean or be understood as follows:
Product Description –each product on the online store comes with a description which aims to give the customer important information about the product such as pattern, colorway, collection, design style, material, size, color, and quantity available on hand.
Product Price –the price listed on the online store is the price at the time the order is placed by the customer. In case of pricing mistake or error, the seller reserves the right to terminate the contract even if the product has been released for delivery or are in transit.
Prices are subject to change without notice.
Sales Order –you may place an order by completing and submitting the order form. All sales are subject to stock availability at the time the order is placed
Acceptance of Order –each order received will have a corresponding invoice as a proof of acceptance of order provided that the 100% payment is received by the seller. Original invoice will be sent to you along with the product /s ordered.
(a) Methods of Payment –customers may pay through any of the payment methods allowed by the seller such as:
Credit Cards: Visa, Mastercard
(b) Payment Terms –orders are only placed if payment is received in full; that is 100% cash advance in favor of the seller. Price indicated in the online store are inclusive of 5% tax.
(c) Cancellation –all orders are final and cannot be cancelled once checked out. Returns and refunds subject to our Return Policy.
(a) Place of Delivery –refers to the shipping address indicated in the completed order form. Once order form is submitted, the place of delivery cannot be changed unless the seller agrees in writing.
(b) Delivery Charges -delivery of orders will be free of charge.
(c) Delivery Period –orders received require processing and shipping time. Seller will make the effort to deliver the product /s within 1-2 business days. Should there be any delay due to events beyond the control of the seller, you agree not to hold the seller liable.
(d) Failed Delivery –seller may cancel the order should the delivery of the product /s fail due to due to customer’s fault. This may include inability to provide the correct shipping address or contact details, unavailability to receive the order, etc.
(a) Color Variation -every wallcovering has a batch number on the accompanying label. Wallcoverings from the same batch carry the same control number. If the rolls are to be used on the same wall or room, check that they have the same batch number. Different batch numbers mean there can be chances of having shade variation if applied on the same area.
(b) Discoloration–our materials are not guaranteed against fading or discoloration due to washing or contact with liquid.
(a) Inquiry –customers who may have questions or clarifications may contact through the details provided in the Contact Us.
(b) Exchange Policy – 1-5 rolls can be exchanged within 3-5 working days upon receiving the product /s, you must contact the seller and notify your complaint regarding the following:
Product delivered is not the product you ordered.
Product delivered does not correspond to the description listed on the online store at the time of purchase.
Product delivered does not correspond to the number of products you ordered.
Product delivered has quality issues.
(c) Replacement of Products –for incorrect or incomplete delivery, customers can get the replacement provided you return the product in good condition.
Meanwhile, for getting a replacement for products received with quality issues, customer needs to submit all the affected batch number slips along with the actual samples and photographs. The replacement will be limited to the number of batch number slips submitted.
