Return Policy

Thank you for purchasing your #wallsfloorsfabrics from NGC Nafees. There are the few important things to keep in mind when returning a product that you purchased from our online store.

• Customers have 3-5 working days to return a product from the date you received it.
• Only products purchased from the online store can be returned. Products purchased through our partner retailers must be returned in accordance to their respective return policy. 
• Customers can get return the products that they purchase provided that they are in the original, unopened condition accompanied with the invoice sent along with the product /s when received. 
• Once NGC Nafees receives the products, a replacement or refund will be initiated immediately. Replacement and refunds require processing time.  Seller will make an effort to process the replacement within 5 business days.  
• Refunds will be sent to the card issuing bank within 5 business days from the day the return product is received.
