Roar has transformed two floors of the Ministry of Energy and Infrastructure’s Tower in Abu Dhabi into the National Academy for Childhood Development (NACD), the UAE’s first of its kind. This pioneering space is dedicated to empowering those who nurture children while preserving the Arabic language and national heritage. Inspired by the ripple effect of a water drop and the tradition of pearl diving, the design features circular and curvilinear shapes, symbolizing the lasting impact of early childhood development.
