The final roundtable of FF&E Talks Season 3 brought together voices shaping large-format hospitality and residential developments across the region. From branded hotel rollouts to high-volume villa communities, the conversation focused on the creative and operational challenges of specifying FF&E at scale without sacrificing storytelling or soul.|

Moderated by Marina Mrdjen of Intelier and hosted by NGC in partnership with Commercial Interior Design, the session featured leading designers and in-house teams from both developer and operator sides, including: Sharnelle Pather (Marriott International), Cheryll Cajandad (Stellar Concepts), Alika Watson (Omniyat), Jacinda Raniolo (IHG), Angelica Romanazzi (Sobha Realty) and Serinah Chan (Kristina Zanic Consultants). Together, they unpacked how brand standards, procurement constraints, and regional realities shape material palettes and where there’s still room for individuality.
