Shipping & Delivery

At NGC Nafees, we try our best to deliver your orders as soon as possible. Here you’ll find everything you need to know about  shipping and delivery of your order.

• Place of Delivery –refers to the shipping address indicated in the completed order form. Once order form is submitted, the place of delivery cannot be changed unless the seller agrees in writing.
• Delivery Charges -delivery of orders will be free of charge.
• Delivery Period –orders received require processing and shipping time. Seller will make the effort to deliver the product /s within 1-2 working days. Should there be any delay due to events beyond the control of the seller, you agree not to hold the seller liable.
• Failed Delivery –seller may cancel the order should the delivery of the product /s fail due to due to customer’s fault. This may include inability to provide the correct shipping address or contact details, unavailability to receive the order, etc.
